Margaret Doran is this owner and chef of White Bear Lake's newest organic restaurant, Margaux's Table. After completing her training in Brussels, Doran has gone on to own multiple restaurants in Chicago, White Bear Lake and Lowertown. Over the years this bold chef has ganered many awards and recognition. In 2013 she won the award for White Bear Lake's Best Caterer and more recently Margaux's Table was recognized by the Star Tribune as a notable new restaurant in 2015.
